Pound Ridge Home

Jill Abolt and Angela Kessel are just about the most FABULOUS partnership we've come across in...Forever! From the moment we started working with them, we honestly felt we had FAMILY looking out for us, which was so important during such a huge time of transition as we entered a whole new Universe of looking for a home outside of NYC. We needed some real hand-holding and are incredibly grateful for the care and guidance we received! We weren't entirely sure of precisely what we wanted and learned SO much from both of them as we went along. They always asked us just the right questions to zero in on who we were and what we needed and wanted, which we discovered along with them... Their patience was endless as our Ocean of questions kept flowing, and they were ALWAYS available and incredibly responsive. Not to mention Flexible and FUN!! They are absolutely lovely people to be around, turning an experience we were somewhat dreading into and enjoyable and positive time of Discovery. Jill and her team were incredibly professional and wonderful to work with throughout the entire sales process. As one of the most knowledgeable agents in our area, Jill knew exactly what needed to be done to sell our house quickly and at a fabulous price. She did several walk throughs to determine any minor updates we should make to enhance our listing and helped coordinate the work needed to be done. Jill partners with an experienced staging company that puts all of the finishing touches on the house. The house looked absolutely beautiful in person and in photos. The listing itself was well written, informative and extensive. As soon as the listing went live, we had several showings and a packed open house. There were multiple offers within 48 hours of listing, and she negotiated an incredible over asking price. The rest of the process was very smooth, with Jill helping to coordinate and communicate with the buyers throughout the process.
